MEET THE TEAM

Hello I’m Nige and I’m the Education and Programme Manager at The Key. I look after what happens in the sessions we run and make sure that all the courses run smoothly. 

I’m an actor, musician, writer and director as well as a qualified teacher and college lecturer.

I taught performing arts and media for twenty years and worked in radio production at BBC North. I’ve had lots of experience of directing community performing arts events, media projects, solo street theatre work and large-scale touring productions. For nine years, I was the manager and creative arts director of ROC Creative in Devon.

I’m a great believer in the power of art and community to change lives.

I have far too many guitars and I’m a big fan of cats, chickens, open fires and wild places.

Hey I’m Hayley. I am a Session Leader at The Key. I work on a one to one basis with three of the individuals that we support. You’ll normally find me in the art and music sessions.

Fun fact – In my spare time I love going to the gym and eating cake – any flavour is good!

 I’m Jon and I am a nature connection guide, mentor and Session Leader at The Key.

All of my coaching is aimed at transformation that helps individuals or teams to find their place in relationship to the natural world, when our culture seems to be becoming more distant from it.

I am also a wood carver, photographer, rock climbing coach and loving father and I live with my family in Devon.
