As an outcome-based service, THE KEY is committed to support the people who come here to think about the next step in their lives, whether it is an education course, more personal independence or just a change of direction.

We have a Progression Co-ordinator on the team whose role is to help people start to think about what they want to do next. 

We can also provide more specific support such as one-to-one advice and guidance and individual work-based tutoring.

• Create a CV to showcase your skills and experience
• Complete job applications and prepare for interviews
• Find a suitable education programme to realise your aspirations
• Work towards and obtain your functional skills qualifications
